L Capital, the private equity fund sponsored by the LVMH Group, has acquired a controlling stake in Cellularline, alongside DVRCAPITAL and the founding families.
Founded in 1990 by Piero Foglio and Stefano Aleotti and headquartered in Reggio Emilia, Italy, Cellularline is the European market leader in the design, manufacturing and distribution of accessories for connectivity devices. DVRCAPITAL acquired a minority stake in the Company | July 2013
