Sienna Private Equity has acquired a majority stake in Teco, a consulting and service company operating in the Environment, Health, and Safety sector.

Founded in 1995 in Fiorenzuola d’Arda (Piacenza), Teco specializes in the design and delivery of consulting and monitoring services in the areas of workplace safety, environmental testing and inspections, training, food hygiene, and occupational medicine. With over 80 professionals, the company combines technical expertise, operational excellence, and long-standing relationships with clients across all industries.
