CARLO DAVERI
Chairman and CEO
Carlo founded DVRCAPITAL in 2007. In his long career as an investment banker, Carlo has worked on more than 300 transactions advising numerous private equity firms and entrepreneurs, and acquiring a specific expertise in the food, fashion and consumer sectors. He currently serves as board member of Hippocrates Holding SpA (Italian pharmacy netwok).
Carlo started off his career at Kidder Peabody’s New York offices with subsequent experiences in Deloitte’s corporate finance team in London and in Fineurop Soditic as a Senior Partner. Carlo graduated from Università Cattolica of Milan and speaks English and Italian. -
NICOLA GUALMINI

Nicola is a founding Partner of DVRCAPITAL with over 10 years of experience in M&A advisory. Nicola has worked on more than 60 transactions for both domestic and international clients, acquiring a specific expertise in the fashion, design, software and consumer sectors.
Nicola started off his career within the Marketing Division of L’Oréal, with subsequent experiences in Barilla Holding and Fineurop Soditic. He graduated with honors in Management Engineering at the Politecnico of Milan and speaks Italian, English and French. -
MATTEO DREON
Matteo joined DVRCAPITAL in 2016. Prior to joining DVRCAPITAL, Matteo graduated from Bocconi University with a Master’s degree in Accounting, Financial Management and Control and with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Finance.
