Starlight, an Italian group backed by Star Capital, has acquired a majority stake in PUK, a company active in the lighting field with focus on the architectural outdoor lighting. PUK is based in Lissone and specializes in lighting design, from the preliminary project to the solution and implementation of the system. The company offers different outdoor lighting solutions with many technological upgrades such as floodlights, in-ground lights, wall-recessed lights and LED products.
