Culligan, a portfolio company of Advent International, has acquired Blupura from the Company's founders.
Established in 2008 and headquartered in Recanati, Italy, Blupura designs, manufactures and sells water coolers and drinking water systems that provide water chilling, carbonation, heating and purification.
