Omnia Technologies, an Italian group owned by Investindustrial, has acquired Comas, a Siena-based company active in the construction of machines for filling liquids and capping containers in the pharmaceutical and medical sectors.
Founded in 1974 and based in Poggibonsi (SI), Comas produces a wide range of machinery for the pharmaceutical and cosmetics sectors. Comas currently has an installed base of more than 1,200 machines worldwide and employs c. 50 people. DVRCAPITAL acted as financial advisor to the buyer | April 2023
