Wismettac, a global leader in the distribution of ethnic food listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange, has acquired Uniontrade and Plaza Latina, Italian leaders active in the distribution of ethnic food for the Ho.Re.Ca. and large scale retailers sectors, from the Sun family who will continue to manage the company.
Founded in 1985 and based in Peschiera Borromeo (MI), with a range of over 3,000 items including fresh, chilled and frozen products, Uniontrade is a of the points of reference for the ethnic market in Italy.
