Euroitalia, a company active in the production and distribution of fragrances, has acquired the "Atkinsons" and "I Coloniali" brands from Morris Profumi.
The acquisition concerns a portfolio of highly distinctive brands with a strong heritage: Atkinsons, one of the most prestigious perfumery brands founded in London in 1799 which went on to become the official perfumer to the Royal Court of England, a brand inspired by ancient apothecary remedies composed by Maestri Speziali, masters in selecting and blending elements for healing and beauty.
