SAEF

Teco Group has acquired SAEF Group, a consulting and services group operating in the Environment, Health and Safety sector.

Founded in 1996 and based in Brescia, SAEF provides workplace safety and environmental consulting, as well as training services. The group also includes SEiL, active in occupational medicine, and Arianna Ambiente, specialising in waste brokerage. DVRCAPITAL acted as financial advisor to Teco | July 2026
