Consilium SGR has acquired a majority stake in River Group, alongside DVRCAPITAL acting as a minority co-investor. The founders will retain a significant stake and continue to manage the Group with the aim of furthering its development.
Founded in the early 2000’s, River Group (composed of River Group and Calzaturificio Energy) is the leader in the production of high quality sneakers for prestigious luxury brands. The Group has two production plants in Italy, and a small Albanian unit (Alba Group) that produces shoe uppers for the group.
