In 2013, L Capital (the private equity fund sponsored by the LVMH Group) acquired a controlling stake in the Company, alongside DVRCAPITAL and the founding families. DVRCAPITAL assisted the buyers in raising a €90 million financing facility for the acquisition of Cellularline | July 2013
