Cobepa acquired a majority stake in Enoplastic, a global leader in B2B manufacturing of closures for the wine and spirits industry.
The Company, founded in 1957 by Francesco Piero Macchi, offers a wide range of closure solutions such as capsules, synthetic corks, screw caps and seals, all designed and customized for each client. Enoplastic operates through 1 production facility in Italy and 5 commercial facilities, in the US, in New Zealand, in Spain, in Australia and in France, serving top tier wine and spirits brands, mostly through a direct commercial network, in more than 60 countries.
