Starlight Group, an holding company owned by Star Capital, has acquired ZetaQlab from Andrea Balzarotti e Luca Caflisch that will continue to manage the company. This transaction is part of a broader project aiming at aggregating SMEs active in the lighting sector started by Star Capital in May 2021 with the acquisition of Elcom and Ivela.
